Updates
OSR April Update: After a profitable BeeOS validation, we are all-in on our core model. See what we eliminated, reduced, raised, and created this month.
Eliminated
Hedging: We officially stopped playing it safe after successfully validating the BeeOS project and securing some profits.
Entrepreneurs as Customers: We completely eliminated the idea of selling services to founders. They are our key partners, not our buyers.
Created
New Customer Segments: We are now targeting seed investors and building dedicated products for modern families.
The OSR Engine: We are building a proprietary flagship platform exclusively for our studio use to empower a much smaller, highly efficient team.
Key Hires: We are looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead and an AI Engineer to support our new engine.
Content Strategy: We launched a new content engine to find the first 100 people who deeply resonate with our mission.
Reduced
External Dependencies: We are drastically reducing our reliance on unreliable contractors. When my expensive designer quit on delivery day, I immediately took over and shipped the site myself.
Friction in Building: We are reducing the time and energy spent trying to build products for founders who closely guard their ideas and safely keep flawed concepts.
Raised
Core Focus: All our energy and resources are now focused squarely on the core OSR business model.
Efficiency: Two years ago, building our site cost me three sleepless nights. This time, I built the new website myself in exactly two working days (16 hours).
Product Velocity: Our immediate goal is to build our internal MVP as quickly as possible, with plans to embed AI directly into this workflow by Q3 of this year.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. We have never been more confident in our direction.
Vincent.
